More ice hitting now then 6-11" of snow. I have some big fans outside pointed NE for you GT. :laughing

According to the weather, which is subject to change at any time, the mess coming in may be around here all week. :doh

The weatherman is not worth listening to. In less than 4 hours we went from 5-8" to 1". The time is on both of the screenshots at the top left. Of course that could all change in the next hour or so. :laughing

No more looking at the weather, best way to tell is look out the window. :laughing Getting a lot of sleet now, roads covered up real quick from that stuff.

Other than that the caliper brackets have been blasted, painted, redone with new hardware, and new brakes and rotors are on the front of the truck. :thumb1

20% chance of snow today and it's been snowing like crazy this morning. Can someone tell the weather man to quit looking at the radar and look out the window every once in awhile... :dalek :jump1

The broken bolt / head situation turned out a lot better than I thought. I drilled a few small anchors in the head and used a JB weld product they recommended. A clean longer bolt went in to the good threads first so nothing would be in the way, then the JB weld as packed in around it. As it started to set up I just moved the bolt about a turn in and out so it wouldn't stick, then when it got a little hardened I pulled out the bolt and shaved it smooth with a razor. It made some nice extra threads considering the mess it was. :thumb1

Most everything else is cleaned up, the aluminum shot in the blaster at low pressure does awesome on aluminum. The only thing left to take off and clean up is the oil pan, then put it back together. Hopefully it will be back to an assembled long block and ready to put back in tomorrow. :yes
