Hey no problem......just load up a trailer with your 30 plus years of hoarding and Come on up....oh and don't forget a bucket and some soap....

It's 41 here this morning, it warmed up 10 degrees overnight. Looks like the warm is back for a little while.

Its 60 here now and will get a little higher as the day goes on................it feels like spring is in the air but its January........
