Just got back from the PVA and Planning and Zoning office. Got a copy of the plat and Planning and Zoning says I can run a "home based business" there in A1 zoning. There are 19 stipulations that I would meet all of, including living there. I planned to live in the barn anyway lol.

I have a meeting with the realtor tomorrow. If you guys don't mind pray hard for me and this that it works out the way it should, whatever that is lol. :)

BTW, the owner is Jim Justice, Governor of WV, I thought that was interesting...
