What's going on with WHS now

I've been quite for too long lol. There has been a very serious cleaning going on around here and looking at possibly building a new shop or buying one with a lot more space. I don't know what will happen, there's a lot of talking and praying going on right now. I would really appreciate all the prayers you guys can send my way to do the right thing, I feel a move is right, just need direction on what to do.

I may have been listening to too many pray big sermons but the pics below is what I'm praying for now, it's only 1/2 mile down the road across from dads place. I've contacted the realtor and dad and I are going to look at it maybe today. It never hurts to look right?

Wow that's very nice but what if you wanted to work on your car or something?
Then what do you do with your old place...sell it....rent it out....you got lifts and stuff that any man would love to have or at least I would.
I think you should stay put......that's what I think today.

The Lord has blessed me with a wonderful place now and I am very thankful for it, but if this Wheel Horse thing is to expand in all of the areas I want it to it's gonna take a lot more space. That building has well over 10K sq ft that could be used as shop, parts, and storage area immediately. That space is behind the foyer where they did their auctions and a holding area behind it. I'll put some pics of where the work area would be behind the foyer and offices. That area is as big as my shop is now.

Well I see your point and that is one beautiful place but can you burn wood there?
Seems to me you will be getting into some bigger electric bills and I cant see a forklift riding around in there.
What about taxes on that....yikes I say but to each his own.......what ever you do I am sure you will make the right move one way or another........... :smile2

Wow! That is a beautiful place. Hugh showroom. I guess this all boils down to how big you expect this business to get. I know I would be excited by it, but my accountant (wife) would be cautioning me not to bite off too much. Only you can answer that question.

Lets hope the price is right.

I can have a wood stove going in there in less than a day. The ceiling in there is a lot taller than the one in my shop now, so lifts and forklift is not a problem. I would take 2 of the lifts with me, a 4 post and 2 post. Space is not a problem at all there, but it is a big dream that may not happen lol. Dads place is in the BG of the 1st pic, my place is in the BG of the 2nd behind the trees.

Ok and nuttin wrong with dreaming I do it all the time..........could happen and still say stay put........... :smile2 :smile2

Opportunity knocks! Sometimes you open the door, sometimes you don't. Go with what feels right.

The price came down around 1/4 million last week, right now it's cheap for what it is but it will have to get a lot cheaper. The good thing is that no one wants it right now, except me lol.
