I would love to visit my home town but its in Germany and money is tight here so a trip back for me is out of the question at this stage of my life.....

Well with my German roots my only connection to Daniel Boone is from my wife who was married to a Boone and has two Boone sons.
There is a book on the Boone tribe that has our family picture when the kids were younger.....and I think how did a guy like me from Germany end up in a book on the Boone clan....but I aint in any books on Germany.....oh and God Bless America..............................:smile2 :wsun

Here I am coming to America......sittin on somebodys leg and have know clue who he is..........but as you can see I wouldn't have known Daniel Boone from the man in the moon...:smile2

Last Friday a week ago the wife, her sister, and my granddaughter spent the weekend in Lancaster (your neck of the woods GT) so I was working 12s at the plant all weekend and hanging with the mutts. Monday I was at a Trump rally in Mechanicsburg till 11pm. When I got home to see my wife, she got home that evening, she didn't feel well....about 3am I took her to the ER and she was immediately checked out and was diagnosed with acute pancreatitis....she was in the ICU by 6am.....been there since. Been a rough week for her.
