The Big Sale is on but not like originally planned, it is a by appointment type of thing now. Be sure to call before you come to make sure the day isn't already full with peeps scheduled to come in, and make sure what you want is still available.

Just got back from the PVA and Planning and Zoning office. Got a copy of the plat and Planning and Zoning says I can run a "home based business" there in A1 zoning. There are 19 stipulations that I would meet all of, including living there. I planned to live in the barn anyway lol.
I have a meeting with the realtor tomorrow. If you guys don't mind pray hard for me and this that it works out the way it should, whatever that is lol.
BTW, the owner is Jim Justice, Governor of WV, I thought that was interesting...
