What's going on with WHS now

That's just how much the price dropped lol. If that was the price now I would buy it today and come out ahead after my place sold.

You had said it has been empty for many years, so maybe they will unload, just paying taxes on it would be a burden.

Looks like a fantastic location and lots of room. If its in the budget I say start negotiations. It's only money, and this opportunity may not come around again.

Fortunately by law you can't pay more in taxes than you paid for the property. I had that fight when I bought this place, then again when I built the shop. All they could add then was what it cost me to build it since I did it myself. Be careful, Lord willing you may have to come down lol.

It's more than I want in the budget, I like having no payments lol but we'll see.
