Wheel Horse Dozer Blade Index Plate was created by Geno
As of yesterday the Wheel Horse Dozer Blade Index Plate #3770 is available here. Original Wheel Horse / Toro part number is 3770, superseded to 92-7037. They were also a part of the Wheel Horse / Toro parts package part number 803321, superseded to 406294. I didn't know all of the previous part numbers were unavailable and can't be found anywhere, even ebay used or new. It is #8 in the diagram below.
We used to have some of these NOS but ran out. While organizing all of the dozer blades here last week I found two of them were missing so I made 6 of them on the iron worker yesterday just to have some in stock.
The pics below show how we made them as well. They are 100% sheared exactly like the original part. I was amazed at how little waste there was in making them.

After the iron worker work they were clamped together and all drilled at once. The iron worker punches don't come in standard sizes so drilling was the only way to make a perfect part and you know we're all about perfect parts here...
