the head unloader was what i was referring to
makes it nice that it can run continuous and just cycle the pump half of the unit.
i was not thinking that the motor would put off that much heat,
just the heat coming from squeezing that much air
inter cooler and after cooler doing its job.
looks like a nice 2 stage pump set up
well designed and over built where needed.
with proper care it should make the million mile mark plus!

I sure hope so John. The old one would heat up the whole room, the motor, pump, and air was really hot, and had to have water traps on everything. It's a DeVilbiss Pro 5hp 80 gal I've had for over 25 years, it's been a good one and still works like it should. I guess the motor speed has a lot to do with it too. I thought they all ran really hot but I evidently not, I guess I've just never had a really nice one before.

Got the wiring all wrapped up today minus the outlet for the automatic drains. Both of them are running and ready to go, just waiting on a few air lines that should be here tomorrow. I had 1 spare longer line that's on one now so at least the air is back on. :)

Didn't think I would get the outlet for the drains done today, but there happen to be enough stuff laying around here. Only hoses left now.

Except getting the J channel under the tin and Sandra to clean the wall, then it will really be done. :rolling

Now they are all done. New rubber lines installed, drains working, spare breakers in the box, all put back together and the fuse box is even labeled. :)
