here is a bird that my wive has made for our church.
our church has a FREE thanksgiving meal for anyone that choose to attend.


it weighed 19.5 lbs and fittingly smelled heavenly as it cooked.
a dessert is in the oven now. :drool
and i just keep hearing stay away! hands off!

Sandra and I have gotten tired of the turkey and leftovers so we decided to try something different this year.

looks like a good alternative.....works for me anytime...

now i got a taste for ribs but i am looking at rain for the next 2 days >(
