Doing some PDR (Paintless Dent Removal) on Sandra's car this morning, thought you guys may like to see how it's done.
There are guys all over that do this for a living, they can get rid of massive dents and crushed metal and still retain the factory paint. It amazed me when I first started doing it how metal can be manipulated and reformed with the right tools. It also costs less than the body shop and will definitely last longer.
There are tools and rods to do bigger stuff with but this morning I am using the glue method. You glue on a tab that fits the dent, on the small ones like this you can use a hand puller. It is a special glue that releases easily with 90% alcohol with no damage to the paint.
This dent had a poke at the top with a vertical crease under it. You can tell the dent and crease size by the tab glued on it.
Hope you have enjoyed the PDR class!

Found a vid of some of the rest of the story. There's a lot of tapping down to relieve pressure and get rid of high spots. There are also line boards for outside, and line lights for inside use. This one is done with tools, there are lots of configurations of them for different areas.

Thats pretty cool, I always thought PDR stood for Police Department Recruitment, but you learn stuff everyday.
