Took a few minutes this morning now that the paint on the plate was good and dry and mounted the switch plates to the metal piece with velcro and put it on the wall. I moved the fan switches to the bottom and it will take some getting used to after the way it was for 29 years here... If it's too much trouble I can always move the bottom 2 up and put it the way it was. The switches are magnetic and labeled so they are easy to move around. I had to get them off of the counter before I got to used to that.
