Tiller Idler

Talked to Geno today...I was getting ready to start making an idler for the tiller....I need it completed yet.... Geno sent some pics for me to look at. I kinda knew what I was going to try but the pictures helped confirm some of my ideas.....
items I started with....had everything I needed....GT...you would be proud......
1 piece of flat steel.....3/16 X 1 1/4 X 10 inches (might have been 1 1/2 inches wide)
1 flat idler pulley 2 1/2" diameter
1 V idler pulley 4" diameter
1 piece of 3/4 " round stock cut to about 12"
3/8 X 1 1/2 inch bolts and nuts (might have been 1 1/4 length)
some 1 inch pipe 3/4" ID (stops for mid attach....)

Drilled 3/8" holes at 3/4 inch and 5 1/4 inches.....
Drilled 1/2 inch hole at 4 inches (I don’t hove a 3/4 inch bit so I ground the end of the 3/4 inch round stock to fit the 1/2 inch hole....made a nice valley to weld it)
Drilled 1/4 inch hole 3/4 inch from other side for spring

hats off to Geno for sending a picture of what you wanted!
too many times people with parts sit on them not offering photos just the parts itself for sale.
a simple paper drawing with measurements
and a picture would help out countless people in the future
that its self might make a neat post category'' homemade reproduced parts.''

Thanks for the positive responses.....the bend in the flat stock is to line it up with the frame so the spring pulls more directly up..... I threw this old spring on there for now....be getting a better one at TSC when I pick up the belt....
