They get pretty tight after a couple decades.....

yeah I have read they are a pain to get off....

Nappy's came off in less than 1 minute in the press. Makes it easier to do the wiring and get it where it belongs with all of the panels out of the way. Your wheel looks great Nappy, just needs a cleaning and center cap.





The C175 is a solid wheel Bob. This is the one I knocked the pin out of a little to get a measurement for GT.

Just saying I have punched through is all....got to punch through the plastic....the coupler will be an interesting trial....lots of torque on that shaft.....

Drilled 1/2" hole and ready for pressing!

It took everything the press had and resisted all the way, and that's after a two day soak.

GT you wrestled the bear and won. Thank goodness for the shop press.
