Jeremy's 753

Not a lot of parts left to put on.  Here's the correct rearend oil we talked about Jeremy. 

 

I think I went to sleep and woke up with turn tables on the brain after working on the new welding turn table yesterday. 


I put the 753 on the bench this morning and gonna try something new.  This may be the birthing of some new wheel turn tables for painting or whatever...  

 

More painting today.  The wheels look white but they are Ivory.  I think it's the camera playing with the color since I put the new lights in, they are 6500K.  The red looks right and the ivory looks white...  All of this technology and still no one can make a camera that takes a pic of what is actually seen by the eye.

The pic of the inner front wheel is closer, the shadowed part is closer to what the direct lighting looks like to the eye, and the shadowed part is actually darker so it must be a camera compensation deal.  This is the first time taking pics of ivory since the new lights went in the center rows last month or so... 

 

Busy day today and had to go get a haircut and visit the chiropractor, but the wheels and tires are on, now she's looking good.  

Jeremy got my last set of made in USA Carlisle Tru Powers.  I had a lot of them from ordering in bulk like I do, but they moved them to China a little over a year ago so no more of those...  Will be switching to the Carlisle Farm Specialist line, they are still Made in USA, for now at least...  

 

Got it wrapped up and running again today.  My part is done, a friend of his in a body shop in his area will be doing the sheet metal.
