Morning Jamie. It looks just like the deck wheels used on the old decks only in an 8" version instead of a 6" and both were 1.75" wide. They were metal, painted white, and semi-pneumatic. They may have been bought from the same supplier. I don't recall any of them having a name on them. Here is a pic of the parts list for it.

So is the semi pneumatic, have an air stem????? Thinking not. Mine are the 8 inch wheels, more like a solid rubber, and have firestone one the side.

Semi-pneumatic is the same design as your deck wheels, no air stem. They call them that because they are hollow in the middle and have a little flex to them, I think solid is a good term but they have a point that they are not solid because they have an air space between the rubber and metal.

My endeavor with the wheels did not work out. Just going to sell them, I think.
