Won't start and no headlights

Fuse block is here Sam - 520 Fuse Block I make the only fuse bock I know of for those tractors, if you want the fuse block assy from Toro it comes with the harness, ouch.

I'm still open to more testing anytime if you like, it is free you know lol.
