Got another fender set ready today. They are all really close to setting in the right place now after a lot of measuring, bubble checking and clearance checking. They have also been moved up 3/4" above the main step rods. I need to get down to the welding shop and pick up some 14 gauge plate steel to put in the inset to make them stronger, then I can figure out a mounting system so they are easy to remove and get them mounted. :thumb

You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink.

It has the wide 520 wheels on it, will have wheel weights all around, and removable suitcase weight racks when it doesn't have other things attached to it, that should be plenty of weight to keep it down. You're making me give up my surprises now. :tounge2 But if it does start rolling I don't want anything in the way of jumping off lol. :rolling

You wouldn't believe the plans have for this thing he he... :topsecret :laughing

I got a slow start today, spent all morning on the phone and shipping orders. The rear fenders were easy but the front has turned into having to do a few other things before the plating goes on. :doh

I have to get a design for the front brake rod setup and get a motor on it to figure the cut out for the main drive belt first.
