The Mini Semi was created by Geno
There's a guy down the road that has been building these mini semis for many years, they are beautiful when they're done. We went out and looked at this one last week to talk about doing all of the wiring, custom harnesses, fuse blocks, etc for it. He is to the point that the running gear is all done and he wants it running and moving before finishing up the body.

It was a tight squeeze but it's in the shop. :)

looks like its one of those that takes a very deep inhale to make fit
once had a 12 foot ceiling in my shop with a 7 1/2 door
made it hard to get tall things out after building them
also looks you have some work ahead of you
full job of wiring - hardware plus harness is a undertaking
are you just doing a as built drawing as you go ?

We did some measuring and figured we could get it in by letting about 1" of air out of the front tires, that did the trick.

I did jobs more complicated than this in the early 80's putting high power car audio, alarm systems, actuators, and lots of other stuff on cars in the Stereo Shop I owned back then. We were putting 40K of electronics in new 30K Porsche's. I'll do this one in my head and just take off lol. :)

Had the car stereo shop till around 84, got out of it because I got a lot of the right peoples attention for all the fancy 12V electronics work and went to work for Sony Corp. #2 was when I left the electronics industry I started the restoration + repair business here in Oct 94. #3 was WHS about 1 1/2 years ago or so, #4 will be the dog grooming business. :)

He usually starts with Chevy 4 door dually chassis then stretches it, he couldn't find one this time and used a regular Chevy dually and stretched it.

Well, turns out he had a lot of the factory harness off of the late 70's truck he started with. He didn't know we could retrofit it to that truck and make everything work. He gathered up all the harnesses and fuse block, we got the fuse block in today. We also got most of the sleeper accessories and lights in it wired today.
